Nomex Filter Bag Introduction:
Nomex fiber (arylon dust filter bag) is an aromatic polyamide fiber, in addition to the spinnability and wear resistance of polyester fiber, its biggest characteristics are good heat resistance, flammability, non-melting. Fiber oxygen index at 29% does not spontaneous combustion. When the temperature is above 400℃, the fiber is slowly carbonized. In addition, Nomex fiber has good dimensional stability.Under the condition of normal flue gas temperature, bag filter for dust filter bag and heat-resistant requirements under 150 ℃, and in the occasion of the flue gas temperature is higher, such as smelting, carbon black, iron blast furnace gas, calcium carbide kiln tail gas, casting, steel mills, cement shaft kiln flue gas exhaust, asphalt concrete mixing, coal-fired boiler flue gas dust removal purification.Aramid fiber (common name: aromatic polyamide fiber), long-term temperature resistance 204℃, instant temperature resistance 240℃, alkali resistance is strong, acid resistance is medium, is a good material to deal with 180~220℃ high temperature gas.
Nomex Filter Bag Advantage:
strong points of high-temperature resistance, can be up to 220 degrees, good abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion.
Nomex Filter Bag Disdvantage:
easily hydrolyzed, easily rotted by acid vapors. It is therefore only suitable for certain applications.
